To conclude our stay in the North, our hostess, Sylvie, this book showed me that I do not know yet, Philippe Conticini: Original Spiced (Vineot Agnes, 2009, 24 €), 50 recipes for this delicious cookie ... or paste it draws.

In my hometown Toulouse, we do not find this very easily spread, unlike the North where I have therefore made provisions which queslques some of the pots seem to intrigue at the highest point Snoops. Anyway, if you find any, please, in my humble opinion, this is a real "killing !
